What does TAINA Technology do?
TAINA Technology is a Regulatory Technology business with headquarters in the UK. TAINA’s software helps businesses to automated their compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations whilst saving them costs, reducing risks and improving customer experience.
What personal information does TAINA Technology collect and why?

Cookies and similar tracking technology
We may use cookies and similar tracking technology (collectively, “Cookies”) to collect and use personal information about you. In particular, we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Hubspot to understand the demographics of people who use our website. Kunstmaan and Youtube may also collect their cookies although we do not currently have access to that information. How does TAINA Technology keep my personal information secure?
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process about you. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. In particular, all data is encrypted at all stages and we tightly control who can access any data.
International data transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country.
Specifically, our Website is hosted by Digital Ocean and we understand that their servers are located in the United States, and our group companies and third party service providers and partners may operate in the United Kingdom and other European countries as well United States and Canada. This means that when we collect your personal information we may process it in any of these countries.
However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice. These include implementing Binding Data Security Policy and Procedures which require all our partners and employees to protect personal information they process from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection law.
Our Binding Data Security Policy and Procedures are available on request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.
Data retention
We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).
